Spencer Inch is a professional drummer and percussionist based out of Fairfield County, CT. He keeps busy in the New York tri-state area, playing both locally and nationally with various artists, theaters, recording studios, and teaching drums on-demand. He holds a Bachelor of Music in Percussion Performance from Penn State University and a Master of Music in Studio Music and Jazz from the University of Miami's Frost School of Music. In 2021 he toured the country with Seán Barna opening for the Counting Crows, and he recently returned from a two year tour playing bodhran with the North American production of Come From Away. He currently plays drums on the Water for Elephants National Tour.
Spencer leads a diverse career in many different corners of the music world. He is a sought-after musical theater pit musician, having consistently served as the resident drummer at the White Plains Performing Arts Center since 2017. He maintains his reputation as a capable sideman for pop, rock, and indie artists in NYC, and is an experienced session drummer. He currently lives in Wilton, CT where he operates a home recording studio and is available for remote recording sessions.
